How A Phase Works

7 weeks. One to lay the foundation, six weeks to progressively overload.

Each Phase is 7 weeks long. Week 1 gets you familiar with the sessions and lays the foundations, before six weeks of solid progressive overload take you into the next block.

Everything you're wondering

How long are the training blocks?+

Each Phase is 7 weeks long.

We use Week 1 to get familiar with the sessions and lay the foundations, before spending 6 weeks in solid progressive overload.

How long are the workouts?+

On average, the gym workouts take members 45-60 minutes, and the home workouts take 40-50 minutes.

When should I join?+

You can join at any time and get stuck right into the Phase we're currently in. You'll start training from the coming Monday.

Alternatively, you can wait until we start the next 7-week block. Sign up the week before the new Phase begins to get immediate access to the app — you won't be billed until the new Phase begins!

What equipment do I need for @ Home?+

Required: dumbbells, long resistance bands and booty bands.

Nice to have (but not required): adjustable bench, barbell & plates.

Will Jazz be coaching me?+

Hell yes I will! The Train with Jazz group chat in the app is your hub for getting support, asking questions and getting your training clips reviewed so you'll be supported by Jazz and the other members every step of the way.

Can I switch between splits?+

Sure. Just pop a message in the app and I can change you over.

How Does Payment Work?+

Payments are charged automatically each month, starting from the Monday after you sign up. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the web version of the app.
