Picking the right coach feels like a lot of pressure as I am sure everyone has heard some horror stories of PT's/online coaches with terrible advice.
From the start, Jazz has been personable whilst having a HUGE emphasis on education and the science and ensuring you know the how and why, in a way that is easy to understand, regardless of your background. This was SO important to me as I think if you're investing money into a coach, you want to be able to thrive without them afterwards rather than depend on them for results and you can tell Jazz genuinely wants this for her clients.

The past few months have been amazing. I've gained confidence in and out of the gym. One of the biggest challenges for me has been overcoming perfectionism and learning that not everything has to be that way. I've also managed to improve my technique on big lifts that I'd always question my capabilities in. I'm learning to rediscover who I am through health and fitness and challenging myself outside of my comfort zone. I've also seen a lot of physical changes / more definition in both my upper and lower body which I'm really happy with!
